902 Brewing Co.
In the heart of the Garden State is 902 Brewing Co., a craft brewery that started out as a simple three-gallon home brew kit. The brewery has since grown into a more extensive facility in Jersey City. It is now part of the New Jersey Beer Company. The brewery features a large central bar room, 10+ parking spaces, and a chic rooftop space with a beautiful view of the waterfront and Manhattan skyline. 902 Brewing Company isn’t the city’s first craft brewery. The Gypsy Brewers have moved to a larger facility at 101 Pacific Ave. moved away. While Brewery 902 isn’t a pioneer in craft beer, they’ve taken the right steps in all the right places.
The Ashford
Located at 145 Newark Avenue, The Ashford is a newly established establishment that has something to offer a variety of guests. With an award-winning menu and full bar, The Ashford is perfect for family meals, sporting events and fun gatherings. The opening of the restaurant is scheduled for Monday 17th December. The Ashford will also have the most extensive rooftop oyster bar in town, making it an ideal choice for corporate events. The restaurant is co-owned by Kenneth Caulfield and Jeff Lam. The restaurant has been a work in progress since last year and plans are being finalized for its debut.
The Ashford is a multi-storey building with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to host large and small events. The building has many chandeliers, ironwork, antique mirrors and tiered seating. The most popular area is the rooftop, with a full bar, a small but impressive menu, and some of the best views in Jersey City. The venue also has several aforementioned small and large rooms for private parties.

Located at 128 Columbus Drive in Jersey City, Six 26 is an all-inclusive bar, restaurant and lounge. The bar offers a variety of delicious drinks, DJ music and a great atmosphere. A great brunch menu also awaits you at the weekend. On a sunny day, you’ll love relaxing on the garden-like rooftop. You will see a beautiful view of the city and enjoy a sunset cocktail. You can also enjoy a karaoke night. At weekends you can watch drag shows on the dance floor.
The restaurant has a full bar with over 500 bottles of beer. There’s also a Gastro Pub menu with grilled cheese sandwiches, sliders, wings and more. You can also order from the full selection of wines and spirits. There is also a pizza kitchen. The bar is a friendly, welcoming place and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They also serve reasonably priced specialty drinks throughout the day. Various events take place at Six 26, including drag shows and karaoke nights. The bar will also be an integral part of the LGBT community and will regularly feature works by local artists.
Iron Monkey
Located in the Exchange Place area of Jersey City, the hotel is well worth a visit. It boasts a three-storey roof terrace and a culinary menu. The menu includes everything from burgers to fine Italian fare. It is a family run establishment. During the summer months you’ll find guests soaking up the sun on the rooftop or sipping a martini in the cozy lounge. The Iron Monkey has an excellent selection of craft beers and a decent selection of cocktails. It’s not a high-end restaurant, but the food is well-prepared and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is an excellent destination for lunch or dinner. The 22nd Annual Thanksgiving Dinner will be held at the Iron Monkey during the holidays. The best part is that you can enjoy the holiday fare while soaking up the sun.
Canopy of Hilton Jersey City
Located in the heart of the Jersey City Arts District, Canopy by Hilton is the new lifestyle hotel brand’s first outpost in the New York City metropolitan area. Guests can enjoy various amenities, from a 24-hour gym to a rooftop vertical garden. The 211 spacious guest rooms at this hotel are individually decorated and feature free Wi-Fi, a TV remote control and a refrigerator drawer. Some rooms have a sink and bath. Canopy by Hilton is a pet-friendly hotel that allows pets up to 75 pounds. Porta Rooftop Bar is a great outdoor libation spot in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City. The bar features a full-service bar and a pizza kitchen. Roof terrace at Exchange Place
The Rooftop at Exchange Place is a multi-story indoor/outdoor cocktail destination in Jersey City. Its retractable glass roof offers breathtaking views of the New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The first floor terrace is an indoor cocktail lounge with live entertainment and hot beverages. The hotel’s restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including American fare, charcuterie and cheese boards. The bar offers an extensive selection of spirits and bottle service. Creative cocktails are on the menu.
The Rooftop at Exchange Place also has an outdoor patio with a fireplace. Its interior uses diverse materials and sleek, minimal shapes to create a warm, contemporary aesthetic. There is no cover charge in the hotel’s restaurant. The rooftop terrace and terrace offer panoramic views of the New York City skyline and a World Trade Center. The Terrace has a bar and seats up to 150 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has been open to the public since November 2017.
Skinner’s loft
Skinner’s Loft is an American family-owned bistro located in Jersey City, NJ. Located in an old building, it features a two-story dining room and a seasonal rooftop terrace. Despite its location, the Loft’s charms are its cordiality, its service and its food. The cocktail menu at Skinner’s Loft features an extensive spirits and beer menu. The restaurant also features a well designed bar with a copper ceiling and antique Italian tiled floor. In addition to the bar, the establishment has a dining room on the second floor. In summer you can dine in the roof garden.
One of the best parts of Skinner’s Loft is its location near the Grove St. PATH station, which makes it easy to get to. In addition to its impressive dining options, the restaurant offers BYOB pizza.
